Introduction

​​In order to enable the individuals and establishments to understand and understand the excellence model of the King Abdulaziz Quality Award and the evaluation mechanism, it works through the following basic training packages:

 
The 3-day Participatory Reporting Program for Enterprises is designed to train enterprises on the concepts of organizational excellence and the components of the excellence matrix and how to write the participation report.
The program evaluates the institutional excellence of the 4-day King Abdul Aziz Quality Award. Its aim is to train individuals in general or in different establishments on the concepts and mechanism of institutional evaluation of the award.
The 3-day internal resident program aims at qualifying individuals within the various establishments and enabling them to conduct self-evaluation of their establishments according to the excellence model of the award.
The institutional development program is based on the two-day participation reports and optimization opportunities for the institutions that have been subjected to the evaluation process and received a report to enable them to make maximum use of that report.
The mechanism of progress for different courses
General courses will be announced on time and according to a timetable and those wishing to join can subscribe to the mailing list to see the latest developments.
