What is TAMAYUZ.NET System?
It is a smart system launched by the General Secretariat of KAQA, aiming at providing integrated electronic solutions for enterprises to help them apply, follow-up and ensure sustainability of the organizational excellence according to KAQA criteria. In addition, the enterprises, through that system, can apply for KAQA rounds and receive reports completely in an electronic format.
The main features of the system include the following:
- Providing an interactive electronic system to build methodologies of excellence and quality according to the criteria of KAQA and in sustainable smart practices.
- Establishing an electronic system to manage organizational, strategic and operational performance indicators through a smart, integrated and sustainable system.
- Providing an electronic system for quality management, documentation of forms and electronic archiving of enterprise's operations and services.
- Launching displays of electronic performance results and smart reports for organizational performance at the standards and management levels according to KAQA criteria.
- Ensuring the dissemination of a culture of quality and organizational excellence through e-practices and across all smart devices.
- Enhancing the abilities of leaders and employees at various levels of employment towards effective participation and responsibility for quality and excellence.
- Training on tools and techniques of periodic organizational self- assessment, in addition to limiting electronically the strengths and areas of improvement towards achieving continuous and sustainable improvement.
Obtaining training and technical support for the system on a permanent basis.
