Government Sector:
- Ministries: including (ministries (and) organizationally subsidiary bodies), provided that registration shall be done separately.
- Authorities and Institutions: including (authorities and institutions) with corporate and autonomous personality, as well as equivalents (organizationally subsidiary bodies), provided that registration shall be done separately.
- Higher Education: including governmental universities and colleges
- Governmental Health Enterprises: including hospitals, specialized centers, medical cities and equivalents, with a capacity of more than (300) beds.
Private Sector:
- Private General Education: includes private educational complexes (primary, intermediate and secondary) for boys, girls or both.
- Private Higher Education: includes private universities and colleges.
- Private Health Enterprises: include hospitals with a capacity of more than (100) beds and equivalent specialized centers.
- Large Productive Enterprises: of more than (250) employees or revenue greater than (200) million.
- Medium Productive Enterprises: from (50) to (249) employees or revenue greater than (40) million to (200) million.
- Small Productive Enterprises: from (6) to (49) employees or revenue greater than (3) million to (40) million.
- Large Service Enterprises: of more than (250) employees or revenue greater than (200) million.
- Medium Service Enterprises: from (50) to (249) employees or revenue greater than (40) million to (200) million.
- Small Service Enterprises: from (6) to (49) employees or revenue greater than (3) million to (40) million.
Non-Profit Sector:
· Charitable Associations: required to be officially registered, and a winner of an excellence award in an organizational field similar to the field of King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA).
Non-Profit Enterprises: include other non-profit enterprises and required to be officially registered.
